       How to plug your Soleus GPS device into your computer's USB port:

      1. Attach your Soleus device to the 4 prong charging cable, and plug the cable into a USB port on your computer.
      2. Make sure that there are 4 prongs in the clip when you open it, rather than just 2. (The 4 prong cable will upload whereas the 2 prong cable is for charging only)
      3. When you plug the cable into a USB port, the face of the device should give you an indication that it is now charging. This lets you know that the device is connected to your computer.
      4. If you do not see that your device is charging please push the clamp a little harder so that the prongs get a good connection.
